Leadership is Everyone Business

Leader ship is a complex process by which a person influences others to accomplish a mission, task, or objective.

Not all good leaders are famous or powerful.

Leadership can be a world stage to smaller stages close to home.

The Leader

Effective leader must be something more than just common sense—challenge to the problem but not makes the problem come to power.

 

 

Leader are born and made. Leaders are born; there is a genetic component to intelligent. Leaders are made because leader must have advanced education in specialization field.

 

Leader is not only learn from the school of hard knocks but all so from social or environment.

 

Theories

Being a good leader ship, you must share your times with your sub-ordinates. Personal conversations with them is crucial in both keeping your position and improve your company status. 

 Leader must be result-oriented, one more important thing. Results is leader's life. Remember.

Leader must knows what task to be done in the first place.

Leader must be  absolute, his decision must be as hard as steel.

Leader must credit his own words. Once he spoke out, he must pays for it.

 

 

 

  

Hopefully, we can see Cambodian young people becoming great leaders for tomorrow. The trend is really great that we manage to secure the talent and provide them sufficient facilities required for developing their managerial skills.
